Set in over 200 acres of serene parkland the 18 hole championship standard golf course follows the meandering route of the River Wiske. The natural landscape lays out a challenging but rewarding experience for all golfers.
5 months into playing golf, and Romanby has by far the best course out of those that I've played. The greens are superb and the ball actually runs. There is a very easy flow to the course layout, and is simple to navigate.
The range is great, and is the cheaper of the 2 I've visited locally. Pay by coin or in the clubhouse, and is open to 2030 on weekdays, which really works for me with work and children.

Played on the 19th of October and the greens were stunning, better than a lot I played in the summer, some brilliant holes, and great fun, if I'm ever back in the area It will be first on my list

Course is good for the price. Clubhouse is nice with good beer. A good day's golf.
