Christmas Event Booking Terms & Conditions


A £10 deposit per person is required within 14 days of your provisional booking with a letter of confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable.

Four weeks prior to your party, full payment is required with your final numbers and your menu choices. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or such credit cards recognised by Romanby Golf & Country Club.

External purchases

No wines, spirits, beers or foods may be brought onto the premises for consumption or sale on the premises. If found, they will be removed. If the person does not comply with this request, they may be asked to leave the venue.

Numbers attending

Provisional numbers are required at the time of booking. Three weeks prior to your party you will need to notify Romanby Golf & Country Club of your final numbers. The final charge will be calculated on this number.


All guests are required to act responsibly and must comply with all Health and Safety regulations whilst on the premises.


Romanby Golf & Country Club does not accept responsibility for damage to or theft from vehicles parked on the premises. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings utensils and equipment. Any neglect of the client, its guests or subcontractors shall pay Romanby Golf & Country Club on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage. Service is not included but left at your discretion.
