Crispy Duck spring roll on a bed of egg noodles with homemade chilli jam
Tempura battered king scallops with pea puree and chilli flakes

 Slow braised topside of local beef and smoked bacon casserole
Pan fried calves liver with colcannon mash bacon crisp and red onion jus
 Chargrilled seared tuna loin steak with stir fried vegetables
and crispy seaweed
