The Brasserie
A brasserie is a café doubling as a restaurant with a relaxed
setting, which serves single dishes and other meals. It can be
expected to have professional service and printed menus (unlike a
bistro which may have neither), but more informal eating hours
than a full-fledged restaurant. Typically, a brasserie is open
every day of the week and the same menu is served all day.

Craig
Beadling - Country Club Manager
Craig has been looking after members and guests at Romanby Golf &
Country Club since 2003. He has used his knowledge and
understanding of the business to continually improve services and
quality at Romanby. Craig favours a more relaxed brasserie style of operation
over a restaurant, as he believes in an environment where his
guests can be comfortable in their surroundings.
Romanby's award-winning chefs
Adrian Craig and Andrew Bickerton will dazzle you with their
culinary delights by serving locally sourced produce inspired to
make traditional food with a twist.
Adrian
Craig - Head Chef
Adrian has a vast knowledge of food preparation. His past
positions of Head Chef have won him five consecutive AA rosettes
and he also believes that the population of Northallerton deserve
a good quality brasserie style restaurant on their doorstep.
Andrew
Bickerton - Chef
Andrew is the new boy on the block at Romanby. A local lad, Andrew
has furthered his experience by travelling England. His previous
post as Head Chef in Henley-on-Thames led to him to cook for stars
and prominent members of society. Andrew is responsible for menu
selection.
